The second week of the CAMP 3 training began with practical laboratory sessions for all eight groups. Under the supervision of EU trainers, participants analyzed milk samples using NIR spectroscopy and flour samples with FTIR spectroscopy.

The CAMP 3 program also included lectures delivered by participants of the “Train-the-Trainer” program, who shared their experiences from a three-month training at European universities.
