“Intra-project conference”_visits to Food Companies

“ECAMPUZ – European World Talent Camp for Uzbekistan Scientists in Food Science and Technology – ERASMUS-EDU-2022-CBHE” , co-funded by the European Union🇪🇺, organized the “Intra-project conference” between 16 and 18 October, 2024

The program of the conference included two visits to food companies. The first visit was to LLC “Mill Max Group” which produces flour, on October 17, 2024. The main specialists from the enterprise provided information on the company’s history, production processes, challenges, and flour production technology. Participants had the opportunity to observe the technological processes in action. The ECAMPUZ project team asked couple of questions to the representatives of the company for the needs analysis of Target Group 3 (food companies).

The second visit, part of the “Intra-project conference” in collaboration with the C.A.T. Science Accelerator program, was organized at LLC “Uzcarlsberg”, which produces beer products, on October 18, 2024.
