Ph.D. Shakhnozakhon Salijonova , an Associate Professor, and Zilola Ergashova, a Ph.D. student from the Department of Technology of Food and Perfumery-Cosmetic Products at the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology, are undergoing a training in food science at the University of Extremadura (Spain) as part of the ECAMPUZ project’s “train-the-trainer” program.
