ECAMPUZ project organized a mixed mode CAMP 2 training for 4 students from Urgench State University (UrSU)
Subjects to be covered: Food Safety and Food Microbiology
The online lectures on Food Microbiology started on 25th June 2024 and will be finished on 12th July 2024. All the topics on Food Microbiology covered during the CAMP 2 training at the University of Extremadura are being presented to 4 participants in online mode.
Our 4 participants and 1 tutor accompanying from UrSU 🇺🇿 had a intensive training on Food Safety at the University of Copenhagen 🇩🇰 last week. The first day of lectures started on the topic of Foodomics, which provided an insight into the subject highlighting the importance of Foodomics in food science and human dietary. They were introduced to GC-MS Methods, the topics of “Infrared Spectroscopy (IR)” and Near Infrared Spectroscopy (NIR).
